AWS was started in 2006 by Ali Winslow. Since 1997, Ali has been working with over 100 client athletes to reach various training goals. Some of these clients are looking to just get fit, and others are trying to compete for a spot to Hawaii Ironman. Ali offers a unique skill set to help clients achieve their athletic goals. Her insight into what type of program works for each individual stems from a broad knowledge base and background in many certifications and life long experience. Many clients look to increase core conditioning, others need an education about their bodies, and many need guidance about training for long distance events.
